Cape Jaffa Seafood and Wine Festival

Anita, the winemaker at Wangolina Station asked me to help her out at the Festival by selling wine for her. I had a great day only to have to go back to work at the pub after a long day out at Cape Jaffa.

Naracoorte Races

Pete and I at the races in Naracoorte.

It was a wonderful weekend, firstly we went to the 'Taste the Limestone Coast' festival on the Saturday followed by the races on the Sunday.

Not a lot to report

Ok...now that i am back at Uni, i have time to update my blog. Sorry about the tardiness, with updating of late.

Those of you who have been reading mum's blog would know that in the last month Dad has been diagonosed with Prostate Cancer and has had double bypass surgery. So it has been a little interesting in our house of late.

Over the summer holidays, i think all i managed to do was work at the pub in kingston. A uni friend of mine asked me today if i went away at all over the break and after some thought i had to say that the furthest i'd ventured over the three months i was there was to the Naracoorte races. Which I agree is a little sad, so there really insn't a lot to report.

I caught up with Ellie and Jordan the other day which was brilliant after not having seen them for so long. We went to the Wine Festival on Norwood Parade. Just a spectacular day to sit, eat, drink wine and enjoy each others company.

Hope all is well with each and everyone of you.
